What we leave to others

We are the roofer, not the analyst or the adjuster

We give a reserve analyst roof data, but we do not prepare reserve studies or set contribution levels. We do not act as public adjusters.

If the board files an insurance claim, the board decides that and deals with its insurer. We inspect, photograph and write an itemized estimate the board can share.
