Before you write
Is there a charge for the walk?
No. The walk and the written estimate carry no charge. We need access to the roofs, and the estimate states its assumptions.
Who can request one?
A board member, a community manager or a homeowner who is asking for the association. We confirm with the manager or the board before we book.
How soon will the office write back?
We read requests each business morning, Monday to Friday. A leak report goes to the same queue, so call the office line if water is coming in.
