About Gatehouse Roofing
Gatehouse Roofing does roofs for community associations in the East Valley: tile, foam and flat roofs, on homes, gatehouses and clubhouses. It is woman-owned, by Rosario Betancourt.
The firm is built around the people who vote on roofs. Boards need to see the roofs before they spend money, a manager needs a file, and residents need notice before a crew arrives. The office is in Gilbert, and the crews work in the East Valley.

The team

Owner and president
Rosario owns the company and leads the first roof walk at every new community. She reads every board packet before it goes out.
Reserve and schedule planner
Tara turns the walk into the grade, the ranked list and the phase schedule, and prepares the roof section for your analyst.
Project manager
Naveen runs each phase: notices, crews, inspections and the close-out file.
Field superintendent
Guillermo is on the roof at the start and the end of every phase. He signs off on each building's walk-through. English and Spanish.
How we work
A roof's grade comes with the photos behind it. A board can look at them, not just trust us.
Each community has one person at the firm. Manager and board call the same number.
Residents are told in writing before a crew arrives, with dates and parking.
A roof walk is the first visit. Tell us how many buildings.
