A roof care plan, building by building

Between phases, the roofs that wait still need someone to look. A plan sets the walks and the drain clearing in writing, at a price per building.

Repairs

The price is per building, each year, and is written into your plan before it starts. A care plan is a service agreement. It is not insurance and not a warranty, and it does not pay for roof damage, repairs or replacement. Terms: one-year term, renewing each year. To cancel, write to us before the renewal date and the plan ends when the term does.

Pricing

How a plan is priced

Every plan is quoted building by building, in writing, before it starts.

  • What decides the price

The price is per building, each year, and what moves it is the buildings and the plan you pick.

    • How many buildings, and their roof type and height

    • Whether gates are open on weekdays

    • Annual, Seasonal or Full plan

  • What the written quote lists

Your buildings, the plan for each, the walks and drain clearing each one gets, and the total, which is the sum of its lines.

  • When you get the number

After we have the building list, in writing. A quote like this one is the shape of what you receive.

  • Repairs found on a walk

They are quoted first and billed separately. A plan does not include repairs.

  • How and when you pay

The plan runs one year and renews each year. To cancel, write to us before the renewal date; the plan ends when the term does.

Before the monsoon

Why drains come first

On flat and low-slope roofs, a clogged drain or scupper holds water that has nowhere else to go. Clearing them before the monsoon is a small job that heads off a large one.

We walk in late spring, clear the drains and scuppers, and photograph what we find. The fall walk shows what the summer did.
